AI Solutions Engineer
You'll be the person who turns a business owner's whiteboard sketch into a running AI system — deployed, trained, and humming inside their operation inside six weeks.
What you'll do
Design & build AI workflows
Architect and implement end-to-end AI automations, chatbots, phone agents and task systems using our in-house tooling and n8n, connecting to a client's existing software stack.
Deploy on-site and remote
Own the full deployment — from environment setup and API integrations to staff walk-throughs and go-live day. You leave with the system running and the team confident.
Train LLM pipelines
Fine-tune prompts, build retrieval layers, and configure AI phone scripts so each client's AI sounds and acts like an extension of their team, not a generic bot.
Maintain and iterate
Monitor live deployments, respond to alerts, ship prompt and workflow updates, and surface patterns across clients to improve our shared platform.
Collaborate with clients directly
Join free-audit calls, scope new projects, translate business requirements into technical specs, and keep clients in the loop throughout each build.
Document and hand off
Write clear runbooks, record short walkthrough videos, and ensure every system can be maintained by someone who wasn't in the room when it was built.
What we're looking for
- 2 + years building production AI or automation systems (n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or similar)
- Solid Python or JavaScript/TypeScript — enough to write glue code and debug API integrations
- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq)
- Comfortable reading and writing REST API calls, webhooks, and OAuth flows
- Strong written communication — you explain technical things clearly to non-technical owners
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a project from kick-off to go-live with minimal hand-holding
Nice to have
- Experience with Vapi, Bland.ai, or similar AI voice platforms
- Familiarity with RAG / vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase pgvector, Weaviate)
- Background in a trade-adjacent industry: construction, logistics, home services, healthcare
- Prior client-facing consulting or solutions-engineering role
